The project
A firm that wanted clarity — outside and inside
Fonseca Lisboa needed a digital presence that matched the technical quality of its work: serious, elegant and easy to understand for anyone looking for a lawyer. At the same time, the firm's routine was scattered across spreadsheets, calendars and folders.
We delivered both in a single project. The public website presents the firm, its practice areas and its articles. At /sistema, behind individual logins, the lawyers find everything they use every day: calendar, clients, cases, deadlines, documents, court notices and a complete finance module.

Highlights
Practice areas that unfold as you scroll
The six practice areas stay pinned while the visitor scrolls: each one lights up on the left and shows, on the right, what the firm handles in that field — with a link to its full page.
Plain language, on purpose
“A document the client can't understand is a risk, not protection.” This section rewrites a legalese clause in front of the visitor until it becomes a clear sentence — the firm's philosophy in one animation.
The firm's method, in numbers
Listening, documents, risks and follow-through: the firm's method explained in four steps, followed by its numbers. Articles and campaigns are written by the lawyers themselves in the system and published to the site with one click.
The lawyers' area
A management system built to measure for the firm
No off-the-shelf software bent into shape: every screen was designed from the firm's real routine, in meetings with the lawyers. The system lives at the same address as the website, under /sistema, with individual logins, per-module permissions and a history of every change.
Finance is at its heart: every kind of fee agreement the firm uses, instalments, payments received, expenses, monthly and yearly closing, and reports ready for the accountant. Around it sit the calendar, clients, deadlines, documents and notices from the official court gazette.

Inside the system
Today
The first screen after logging in shows what matters right now: timed appointments, tasks due today, a live “now” line and a finance summary — overdue, receivable, payable and alerts.
- Appointments marked “Arrived”, “Done” or “No-show”
- Client birthdays and reminders
- Counters tailored to each person's access
And also
Role-based permissions
Admin, partner, assistant, associate, staff, read-only and audit: each sees and changes only what they should — enforced in the database itself.
A history of everything
Who changed what and when, across every module. The audit profile reads the history without being able to change anything.
A website they edit themselves
Articles and campaigns are written in the system and go live with the Publish button, no developer needed.
Privacy and operations
Operations and data-privacy screen, user invitations by email, automatic sign-out on inactivity and error logging.
On mobile
The whole system works on a phone: check the day, start a consultation or record a payment straight from the courthouse.
Internal screens shown with sample data.
