Frida Silva
“Local expertise, a global perspective.” An editorial website in English and Spanish for Frida, a real estate advisor with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices in Omaha — and, behind it, Hearth: the digital office where enquiries arrive, clients live and the numbers add up.

The project
A personal brand with international reach
Frida grew up in real estate and serves buyers and sellers in Omaha — as well as clients arriving from other countries. The website had to convey sophistication, warmth and that bridge between local and global, in English and in Spanish.
We created an editorial art direction with serif typography, wine and cotton tones and a subtle layer of interaction: a 3D globe, “velvet curtain” transitions, a neighbourhood map and listing pages. And we built Hearth, so every enquiry from the website becomes a well-looked-after client.

Highlights
The “Atlas” globe
A world globe engraved like an antique illustration, rendered in 3D with three.js. It turns slowly, dives into Omaha as you scroll and adapts to every screen — on phones it moves above the headline.
Omaha, neighbourhood by neighbourhood
A map drawn from open OpenStreetMap data ties each neighbourhood to its description. Hovering over the list lights up the spot on the map — starting with Walnut Creek, where Frida lives.
Listings with a story, in both languages
Every listing has professional photos, key facts, a story in English and Spanish and open-house dates. Both versions of the site have their own URLs and copy, and switching language keeps the visitor on the same page.
Hearth · the private office
Her own back office for clients, deals and numbers
Behind the website sits Hearth, Frida's digital office. Every form filled in on the site lands straight in its inbox, with the reply time promised to the visitor, and becomes a person, a task and a history — no spreadsheets, no copy and paste.
There she looks after contacts and households, mailing lists, closings and the commission on each one, follows the year's numbers, and even edits the website's copy, photos and listings in English and Spanish, publishing with one button. All on a computer or a phone.

Inside the system
Today
Website messages with the time left before the promised reply, the day's tasks and the reminders Hearth creates on its own — birthdays, closing dates and check-ins after a sale. The day after a closing date, one tap answers “Did it close?”.
- “Respond now” with the promised deadline
- Did it close? Yes, new date or fell through
- Four numbers for the week
And also
Projects and reminders
A shared board between Frida and Ithalo: requests, next steps, what's waiting for her approval and dated reminders.
Shared logins
Passwords for social media and tools are stored encrypted; Hearth records who reveals each one.
US market rules
MLS, fair housing, 5-year record keeping and a list of sensitive data the system never accepts.
Roles and history
Owner, developer, assistant and viewer see only what they should — and every change is logged.
On mobile
On a phone, Hearth has a bottom tab bar and a + button to add a person, log a call or record a closing right there, on the go.
Internal screens shown with sample data.
